Side Lofted Barn
The Side Lofted Barn is the same style as the Lofted Barn except it has
the doors on the side for better access. It comes standard with 6'3"
walls plus two 2x3 windows positioned one on each side of the doors.
Shutters and flower boxes are available with a little extra cost and so do
wonders in sprucing up the building.
Rent-To-Own Plan
Rent-to-own was established as an alternative to mini- warehousing.
Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility for
your back yard or business, when and where you need it. The low
monthly rental rates are comparable to mini- warehousing rates per
square feet. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor
are you required to keep your building. All that is required is a
security deposit with your first month's rent. Security deposits for 8'
and 10' wides are $200.00 and for 12' wides the deposit is
$300.00. 14' and 16' wides $500.00. Payments are based on 36
months, 60% of payment applies towards purchase. Payoff amount
anytime - no early payoff penalty.

All Yoder buildings are built from pressure-treated material. This
includes siding, trim and floor. If the pressure-treated lumber in
your Yoder Building is ever damaged by decay or termites, we will
replace the lumber FREE of charge.
